We understand that these activities can sometimes seem mysterious or unfamiliar, so we're here to explain everything before you experience them. We are going to teach you a bit of the history and how to take these practices home and into your daily life.

- thick yoga mat or similar item such a sleeping bag
- blanket
- pillow
- water
- studio gets cold! Dress in layers.
- whatever else you need to be comfortable such as a round pillow or rolled up blanket for under your knees if you want to relieve pressure on your back
